I have been on a journey of using sound to uncover the reality of both my African culture and my race as a black man in America. Moments along my musical journey include reading lyric books and learning popular songs with my brothers, to joining my Nigerian boarding school music group, ‘Prodigies’, to make gospel albums, performing at prom when I moved to America, and recording & performing music across campus in college. Drawing influences from the Damian Marley, Kendrick Lamar, Chronixx, Fela Kuti, MI abaga, Jesse Jagz & Burna Boy, my music is a blend of Hip Hop, Reggae and Afro Fusion.
